Just about finished restoring my 77 XLCR 1000 and have hit a brick wall. Been looking for mufflers for this little beast and they are VERY hard to find. Had several word of mouth referrals locally but nothing yet. Anybody got any of them sitting around ? If so, are you willing to part reasonably? Trying to get it ready for Daytona in March. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So there is others :-) with xlcr ....you should ask here:
http://www.ironheadmotors.com/
I don't know if they are still in business, notice that there is 2 different types of mufflers CA version ( fat, short and quiet ) and 48 states version ( thin, long and loud)
I have Parts Catalog, I try to remember to check OEM partnumber .
