Default forward control woes

Ok the new scoot is afro engineered beyond belief, so i took off the ghetto rigged brake pedal and master cylinder because it was ugly and dangerous. Problem is I can't find a nice shiny replacement for it. I like hte brakes on the softails with teh master cylinder right there and the actuating rod facing forward, but I can't seem to find them for a sportster. I bought a regular kit but the brakes are for a mechanical drum brake, not a rear disc. Before I drill out the new brake assembly for the master cylinder and put it back rube goldberg stye i was wondering if anyone had a part they had in mind as a solution, or knw of a jumping off point. I found a nice one in j an p for 280 bucks, but thats a but much for forward controls and ht eman couldn't say for sure if the 74 had a master cylinder on hte brake or not or if it was on the left where i need it. thanks.

I'll try to get pictures when the old lady is home. The guy that had my scoot before I did changed the rear brake to disc, and its set up really weird. I'm leaving the other one drum on the rear.

Incidentally I been searching for tips on how to get my kicker to work better, but it's not coming up with anything and I don't know why.
