I have a 68 xlch and am trying to find out whats the newest motor I can drop into it relatively easily. I want something that is electric start since im starting to have issues with my knees. I would kinda like to keep with the right side shift but I know that I cant change the year by much for that. I would like to make this reliable and since I really like the bike, I do not prefer to get rid of it, just alter it a little more.
