Default Forward controls!!!!!!

Does anyone have a set of forward controls that I can get from them? OR.....does anybody have a set of mids that I can get, frome some one who has already changed theirs over, until I can find some forwards. My shifter side forward slips when going into 4th gear and when I say slips I mean it slips all the way over until the shifter pedal is under the foot rest. Havent figured out quite why yet, but working on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 1975 Ironhead..should have mentioned that would help for fitment. Thanks again guys. I just cant afford to pay the prices these guys want for the forwards. And if anybody has made forwards and can show or tell me how that would work also.

Please supply more information. The Jireh Cycles website search is hopeless. What part number did you get? Or, can you provide a direct link to the part you got on their web site?

This is important as forwards for 1975 and 1976 XLs are difficult to find.

Sweet! How much would you take for them? I might be willing to get them shipped if they don't weigh that much. I just haven't bought a set because I haven't had the money. I was going to college full time and that tends to take up a lot of your money and time. But give me a price, weight, and location on them and I'll see how much it will cost to get them shipped. Oh I forgot that I have a 74 not 75. The mid control risers are different. 74 was the last year they were mounted with a splined stud welded on the frame.

My bike is a 76 so not sure if they will fit, they are the daniel boone forwards that i got from custom chrome, but they do look the same as the ones that fit the 74.

OK I can't find anything on the Daniel Boone forward controls but everything I am looking at says that if you have a right hand shift and a manual rear brake they will work. So how much, how much do they weigh and what would be a location so that I might be able to get a shipping quote? If you would like to continue contacting me either PM or you can e-mail me. My address should be in my profile. I would also like to see some pics as well.

Check out KC International, KCINT on eBay. They have absolutely the best forward controls for 1957 to 1974 Sportsters. $189.

Here they are ...

EDIT: Oops, now i see you have a 1975, and these cover 57 to 74 plus 76. This stuff is nuts sometimes, eh..
