H-mm. So, the starter will not turn over the engine with the plugs installed, but will spin the engine with the plugs removed.
That is strange!
Try putting only the front plug in there and leave the rear plug out and see if it still spins the engine through.
This is not going to prove anything or highlight what the problem is, but I just wonder if the engine turns over just a little bit, not at all or what.
Have you had any of the engine apart before this condition happened?
In the first video I thought.....Oh, just a low battery.
In the second one with the plugs removed it sounds like the starter is spinning normally, as far as one can tell from listening to a video anyway.
I will be thinking about this. Right now I haven't a clue what can cause this condition. All I can think of is that the starter has a problem and with the load of compression it cannot develop enough muscle to do it's job.
The bike does not have a kick start on it, correct?
And have you removed the starter and opened it up yet?

The only thing I can suggest is that you remove the starter and open it up.
A couple of questions first:
You have the starter and you have the starter solenoid.
What are you referring to when you say 'cyl starter'?
Do you have a Hitachi or a Prestolite starter?
Do you have a factory repair manual?
If you have the manual it will tell you how to remove the starter and do the necessary checks on it.
If you have no manual you need to get one before you remove the starter.......... pg

The starter and solenoid has to get the full 12V to operate correctly.
Get another relay as a beginning to solving this problem.
Or, just put the old relay back on and see what that does. I like that better than buying another new relay............ pg
