Not sure about that. But do you get the comic with Crankshaft in it in your local newspaper? Last year he rebuilt a chainsaw - put in a Harley motor; not sure if it was an IronHead. An AlumHead would be better for that application as it would not weigh so much.

Good point. I will try that. Then, I may actually have enough braided line left over to fix my oil line (currently running in front of the exhaust pipe). 2-birds, 1 stone..

I agree with hog4u-

When you route the fuel line between the jugs, I'd keep the fuel filter close to the petcock, otherwise it may 'vapor-lock' if filter is between the jugs.

I've seen a Knuck snow-mobile, If I can find that pic ??

Instead of adding a hardtail, I'd leave the struts.. You never see em anymore.. Nice change..

Plus as time passes & you ever want some rear suspension, a set of short shocks could be installed quick as a pit-stop..
