Gone Riding..... Msg. from Linda's Daughter

All practical, philosphical, and spiritual aspects aside... I think one of the better ways to pay tribute and express appreciation for friends like Linda is for EACH of you to schedule a cancer checkup for yourselves!!!
AND... to get your loved ones to do the same!
Caught in time, these things can often be contained. Sometimes not... but often!
And, to Linda's Family: Thank You for being a part of someone who is loved and respected, and rejoice in the knowlege that she is a part of You, as well!

Maryse, thank you so much for taking the time to come here and post a message to this forum community about the loss of your Mother. We all want you to know that she made a HUGE impact on us here with here grace, optimism and courage. We admired her greatly. Some of us were even fortunate enough to get to meet her in person, leaving a lasting impression. Our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to you and your family. We'll miss her too.
As Joe has already pointed out, you might enjoy reading the three other threads going on throughout the forum about your Mom. She meant a great deal to us here. The links follow. In the first one, Mary Onstead (Monstead) wrote an excellent and very touching eulogy about your mother. Godspeed Linda!
