Disconnect battery. Will this cause ECM to relearn?

Default Disconnect battery. Will this cause ECM to relearn?

Just curious if you want to force the ECM to relearn will disconnecting the battery do it? Thanks.

What are you trying to accomplish by forcing the ECM to relearn something?
