Missing/Spitting on startup/idle - video inside.

Missing/Spitting on startup/idle - video inside.
This is my '13 Breakout. When I fire it up cold, it will warmup idle fine for a few, and then start spitting. I've got a 50mm SE TB, 107" Fuelmoto kit, level B heads, Woods 777 cams, domed pistons with 10.5:1 compression. Also running Powervision 2 and Autotune. Once it's warmed up and running, it's all good. Any clue what to do, or is this anything to worry about?
