is the vance & hines fp3 availble for 2013 and older touring bikes

Default is the vance & hines fp3 availble for 2013 and older touring bikes
anybody know if the new vance & hines fuelpack fp3 is avalable for 2013 road glide? all i can find is 2014 touring bike applications

No it is not. Only touring bike will be 2014. 2014 has a totally different electrical system than does your 2013 RG. It WILL work on older softails and dynas. Starting at either 11 or 12.
