I am running Config #67 with SE slipons and SE intake. I am thinking with your setup you are running more air through your engine than me. With that said Iam thinkingyou are lean and should dyno or run in data mode with a lot of patients to find your sweet spot.

You never said if you had popping on decel or white plugs?

What do you mean by white plugs? Are they just clean?

You should really have it tuned by a professional to get optimum performance. You paid a good dollar for the race tuner and you should use it to its ability. You would be very surprised to see an actual dyno sheet with the air fuel reading on it with the map you have in your bike. I can almost guarantee that it is not running good or to its potential. When you install the maps provided to you by harley from the race tuner all you are doing is putting an expensive download in the ecm. They are maps that harley puts together with there components and there dyno systems under there conditions. Most of the harley maps that I have installed and dynoed were off- bad. Remember that the maps in the race tuner are just a glorified download and you neeed to customize your own map to match your custom set up.
