could some one educate me?

Could someone educate me as to what SERT stands for, or PCIII I bought cycle shack drag pipes for my 06 Bob and need to know what the hell i need to do the the computer for it to run right. thank you

Screaming Eagle Race Tuner = EFI tuning module to change the programming of your ECU
Power Commander III USB = EFI tuning module to change the signal sent by your ECU (piggybacks your ECU)
