Default What base map to start with?

My 2009 Road Glide is getting some major engine work done because it had a tight spot in the rods.
Besides new flywheel assembly and other parts, it is getting SE-255 cams installed and new piston rings. It is going to need some break in miles and tuning.

My question is what is the best choice for a base map to use for the break in mileage (500 to 1000 miles) when I get this bike back from the dealer??
I have a new SE Pro Super Tuner (32109-08C), cables and training DVD.
I am not concerned with squeezing every last drop of performance out of the new cams just yet but want an optimum map that will allow the rings to seat and cams with their new SE lifters to wear in initially.

Thank you and please excuse my ignorance. First time owner/user of a SEPST and software.
My current software version 7.003.0001.
I see the 205UH005.dtO provides:
Application: 2008 - 2009 Touring
Configuration: 1690 Stage 2
Components:
- SE Air Cleaner or Heavy Breather Kit
- SE Big Bore Cylinders
- SE-255 Cams
- SE Exhaust
- ACR DISABLED

Just change the Tuning Setup for correct engine displacement, EITMS off and ACR disabled?

Lower the CI to 100, leave EITMS on and ACRs OFF.
