I see the F version on Ebay and was wondering if there is any difference from this unit and the current unit that is selling? I want to add Rush slip on's and a K&N filter and think this would be a good way to tune it. Also do you have to dyno tune the unit or can HD road tune the unit? how does this work?

 

The software disk is different but the key that programs the bikeis the same. I am assuming you have a newer bike than the one in your post... The disk is available for $20 from the dealer or you can copy it from someone who has it. Also, they no longer come with cables. If you buy a new one you need to buy cables.

 

I have a 2002 FLSTF that I picked up with 3000 miles and would like to add a little. I just went oyut and removed the air cleaner and found I already have what looks like an Arlen Ness Big Sucker stage 1 with the stock cover. It runs very well with this and the slip ons but I don't care for the SE slip on's and would like to change to the Rush. I like the peace of mind or the SERT knowing the bike will be tuned for this combo an not run lean. Anyone know if the 2002 EFi Fatboy ran lean from the factory like todays bikes do?
