Default 07 street glide slow to turn over hot and spitting back through air cleaner

Hey guys i am stumped. I traded for a 2007 street glide the guy gave me a new starter ant told me it mite act up he had put in a new battery
The bike cranks great cold you can ride it or just let it run for 5 minutes cut it off and try to restart and it turns over slow coughing through the air cleaner but always starts. I replaced the starter and even ran ad round cable to one of the steerer bolts I thought the tune was bad so I replaced the exhaust with a pro pipe and power vision from fuel moto with correct tune no difference
Tested the battery it test good and is new
I rode it to the shop yesterday and when I got there I cut it off and tried to restart it acted up then I went inside and returned in about 15 minutes I tried it it fired rite up
I am open to suggestions as of what to ckevk next
I was thinking about buying a new déjà battery to garontee. That it is not a battery issue

That's what I thought too but I called the dealer it was bought from they said cams was stock it only has se heavy air cleaner and now a pro pipe and power vision tuner
It had rush slip ons and factory head pipe
Same thing it's like the timing is to high hot
You can crank it and let it idol for 5 minutes and it will do it I am stumped

Figured out last nite if I restart immediate it starts normal if I turn on the switch let the fuel pump cycle it's hard to start I think my injectors are leaking into cyl and causing hard to start hot problem

WELL IT WASNT THE INJECTORS LEAKING DOWN I REPLACED THE FUEL INJECTORS AND NO DIFFERENCE.
I STARTED IT LET IT IDOL FOR 5 minutes then cut off and tried to restart it was spitting back and clunking and labor ing to turn over
Let it sit 15 minutes and it started like a new one
It is heat related just don't know what is getting hot and causing the issue
I guess the dealer is the next step

Kinda sounds like the starter is shorting to ground.robbing power to the ignition .have you changed the starter ..? Next time it doesn't start ..feel the starter and see if it is hot.

New starter
Ran ground directly to the starter also
Have narrowed it down some I replaced the injectors thinking they were leaking down in cylinders causing a simi hydra lock. But I can crank bike and let it get to 100 deg cyl temp. About 5 minutes and I can shut off and start rite back before fuel pump does its cycle and it spins over fast and starts rite up but if I turn the switch on and let the pump cycle it I'd hard to start coughing through the air cleaner
