Default Fuel Pak

I think I have finally made up my mind and will be ordering the V&H fuel pak for my '07' Ultrathis weekend. I was originally going to purchase the PCIII but I am a little gun shy after reading some of the post's here and I like the idea of leaving the 02 sensors intact. From what I understand the SERT will allow me to do engine upgrades but if I am only looking to add slipons (Wildpigs)and ac (K&N)the fp will work just fine. I am really not looking for a big performance boost either, I am happy with the performance it has now.I would just like it to run a little cooler. I guess for $189.00 if I end up not liking it I can always unload it on Ebay on go with the SERT. Any input would be appreciated.

BTW- I did try the searchfeature but it has not been workin for me the last couple of days.

My fuel Pack works fine, I think you will like the easy instalation. The fuel pack was desiened for stock motors with after market mufflersand or pipes with a stage 1 A/C to make tuning easy without a lot of hassles, dynos, serts, or trips to the HD shop to get your bike tuned. It does exactly that, just like V&H says it makes tuning as easy as 1,2,3.

Take Care,

Hey it's your hard earned money!!! Spend it on what you want, just s.e.r.t. has done wonder's to my bike, run's pretty strong for pipe's and no engine mods. GOOD LUCK

I installed one this week on my 07 ultra. I installed it with V&H slipons and kuryakyn twin velocity plus air cleaner. Took about 30 minutes to install and program. Worked perfectly. Immediate improvement in performance. Bought it on ebay for 189.

Good luck,
Chris

Haven't bit the bullet yet. We went to Coeur d'Alene Idaho this weekend, stopped at Shumate HD in Spokane, WA. on the way and got that "ecm flash aka.. torque smothing calibration 903 download, whatever you want to call it, it really seemed to make a difference, especially rolling through parking lots without the surging, and I swear that it made crusing at 70 in 6th gear smoother, also it was near 70 degrees on Saturday and after the download I virtually had no more pinging. So, all of this being said and the fact that it seems to be running very wellI am still trying to make a decision between PCIII and V&H, I don't think I want to spend the $$ on the Sert ($450.00 + install + $189.00 dynotune + $150.00 everytime I chang something)because I have no plans on major engine mods. Anyway it was a great weekend, 400 miles and beautiful weather.

Changed my mind again, I am going to go with a sert after all. After way to much reading and researching I decided it would be the best option long term. I was quoted $459.00 for the sert, 37.50 installed with map and will dyno at a later time. This is from Shumate HD in Spokane, WA. I am going to try totake Friday off and get it done but my job hassent me 2 1/2 hours away from home this week so I will see how it goes.

I have installed my slipon's and two different dealers assured me that I could install my K&N 3909 and ride the 110 miles to get the sert installed without hurting anything. Is this true or should I wait to install a/c?
