reflash or tuner

Friend, you must be on tranquilizers by now. Well, take a another one;
IMO, I suggest you follow DK's advice. Many many riders have used this approach and are/were quite happy with their ride. You should have a better running bike now with the cash you have now. Then you can sort out the the hyperbole from facts that are pertinent to your riding style and budget while still enjoying a good ride now. Just adding aftermarket exhaust and high flow air filter gives a good bang for your buck in torque and lower engine temps and no ECM flash necessary per what I was told by professional tuners and my personal experience. Disclaimer: I am not a professional motorcycle racer demanding the utmost performance be squeezed out my machine or squeezed out of my wallet. Just a guy who rides a lot.
Your results may vary, past performance cannot predict future results.

Now I just fell confused lol o.O I just don't know what to do. I just want some more power, reliability, don't want to totally ruin my gas mileage, and have my bike run a bit better than it does now. Idk how much more I will do to make it go fast to know if spending a ton more will make that easier in the future.
