Default wired switches on bars internally now nothing works

Just finished doing internal wiring on my handlebars now my headlight brake lights ( front and rear) turn signals ,start switch and my run stop switch do not work. I checked continuity on all the wires from the switches to the plugs and they all check out. Replaced all of my fuses just in case they went bad. I was thinking that my tssm went bad but since my security system seems to be fully operational I am not sure. Does anyone have any ideas its an 04 dyna low rider carburated

Did you actually check the fuses or just replace them ?

The new fuses you put in might have popped straight away.

Pull the fuses and check them with your multimeter that you used to check continuity on the wiring through the handlebars.

If the bike worked when you pulled it apart and now it doesn't then it has to be something you did so you are going to have to check everything you touched and then some more.

Does the oil pressure light and neutral light work when you turn the ignition on ?

If fuses are good and oil & neutral lights work then almost sounds like the plugs came apart in the frame recess when you pulled them back through.
