Default Stator or regulator

Charging system not working properly. Tested battery it's ok. So it's either the regulator or stator. Voltage at the battery with bike in run position is 12.56v and 12.35v with lights on. I'm guessing stator would just like some informed guesses. And it's a 1997 hd xl1200c sportster. Connections all look clean and good.

Go to the DIY Electrical section where you will find stickys telling you how to check your charging system, which should help you diagnose any problems.
