Default Could wrong dealer computer download 103cu into 88cu cause damage?

Could wrong dealer computer download 103cu into 88cu cause long term damage? This was done 3 years ago when I had a screaming eagle air cleaner kit installed. The dealership just figured out what happened and corrected it as there was a very noticeable rattle in the bike. I'm just worried that damage could have already been done and they didn't tell me. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Don't know the answer to your question. However make sure it is all on paper should the need arise down the road
