I have a 2007 ultra classic. The fuse for the brake and cruise keeps blowing. I can replace it and hit the brakes 20 or more times and no problem. But when I crank and run a little bit the fuse blows again. Module for cruise or short? Please help. Thank you

 

Check for a bad or loose ground wire, or loose connector at the brake light sending unit. cruise is tied in with the brake switch to disable when applied. you may just have a bad sending unit that shorts out when it is vibrating while the engine is running.

I had this problem while on a 2600 mile trip up north. Stopped at Big Moose H-D in Portland ME. and they took me right in and found a short in the wire harness inside the fairing. I think it was coming from the front brake part of the harness.
Good luck chasing it down.
