Default DJ Auto Tune Issue

Last week I installed an PC V and auto tuner. I had upgraded to Bassani 2 - 1's and a big sucker 2 and obviously needed to change maps.

The only issues I had were the threads on the pipes (02 sensor was a little tricky to get in) and keeping the electrical panel cover on. I had to position the auto tune a little awkwardly to get everything to fit.

As a result of that second issue one of the wires connected to that front end O2 sensor came out of the auto tune. I began to get huge swings in my trim. After a day or so of this I found the disconnected wire. Duh... But of course after accepting some of those wild a** trims I'm all screwed up and have pipes that sound like helicopter blades.

My first step was to reconnect. I then loaded a back up map -- of course the back up could be off because of that damn red wire. I got the bike out for test run. Damn wire broke loose again. Back to square 1.

Any suggestions on getting back to a decent tune? Do I simply set the auto tune adjustment to 50% and take big swings at getting back to normal? Do I reload that back up map again?
