Default Speedometer Sensor Replace

Hi all, probably dont remember me but I posted in the new members area some time back. Haven’t posted in awhile because all the info ive found by searching. Well my speedometer went out yesterday as well as my self canceling blinkers and the odometer, I have removed the speedo sensor and cleaned it and checked all the connections but still no worky. So I’m assuming its the sensor, right? How hard is it to replace the sensor, is there a write up of the process anywhere that anyone knows of? I don’t want to take it to the dealer but I’m not that comfortable with removing things with wires unless I know exactly what I’m doing. Thanks everyone for your help, its greatly appreciated.

Sorry everyone didnt realize how easy it was, remove one bolt unplug and replace and your done. It was a little tricky unplugging the old one but I did eventually get it. Thanks TCSTD, appreciate the reply. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Mine was just replaced with only about 13k on the bike. Not even dirty when I removed it. Wonder what makes these things puke so early and often?
