Default Frayed Wire

While I was inspecting the speed sensor because my '07 Heritage is having idle issues already, I found a frayed wire running from a box found behind the splash guard.

I'm looking for any information to what this wire is and if it may be causing my low idle stalling. Knowing my recent luck, this wire's connectivity prevents the bike's self-destruct mechanism from engaging.

There should be an attached photo illustrating it. If not, I'll try again.

Any and all help is much appreciated,

Mast

Thanks, Scotty. I'm guessing it's safe to assume that this doesn't effect the way my bike idles.

It's also good to know that the self destruct mechanism has yet to be triggered.
