no throttle

Default no throttle
changed bars to 13eens bike runs no throttle 08 ultra

you might want to post more information is it throttle by wire or are the cables connected?

Default re no throttle
everthing works except throttle idels fine new tbw also engine light is on only thing differnt has perfect storm also checked fuses and all connetions
