I replaced the rear fender on my Canadian 2012 Road Glide with a U.S. version CVO fender. when I came to the wiring of the tail lights I have an orange wire with a white tracer on it that I don't know what to do with coming from the bike side. Does this wire now become obsolete?

 

Check the voltage under all circumstances. EX. running lights, brake lights, turn signals left and right. Determine what it is first. Then figure out if you need it.
