Have a 04 ultra classic, no fire, un plugged the power commander and just plugged in factory ecm. It started but ran rough. Ordered a new power commander, tryed to start it again with just the factory ecm hooked up. It cranked once and started making a clicking noise from the dash board. I un hooked the battery to stop the noise. Now Im almost afraid to install the new power commander in case there's something else wrong. Any thoughts suggestions? Thanks .
