RE: 07 intake wire.....what is it?
G'day all, I too am a satisfied customer of Mick aka 07sophtaly. Anyone with an '07 international model that wants to change their intake and exhaust contact Mick he has a great product in the plugs. And for $50 (Australian)one of the cheapest mods/fixes you'll find for a HD.

Stage I installed and working, on my European ’07 FLHX:
- Vance & Hines Oval slip-ons
- Power Commander III USB
- Screaming Eagle Stage I Air Cleaner
- Map 812-003
- Big Joe Choppers Air Intake Solenoid Eliminator
We did it all ourselves, me and a local wrench, former HD dealer wrench (thanks Luis for your help…and for your beer…)
I apologize for the bad quality of the pictures (mobile phone plus poor light…):
1. Stock A/C backplate with AIS removed already.

2. AIS eliminator installed. There’s some sort of plastic piece at the solenoid plug, and a very useful screw at the throttle body:

3. With a small steel piece you can securely tie the eliminator:

No error codes coming from either Dynojet O2 eliminators or Big Joe Choppers AIS eliminator. Bike runs great and sounds LOUD…
Thanks Mick, great job.

No Probs guys. my pleasure.
Thanks to all the guys posting their experience and feedback. This is what makes these communities effective and productive.
I have also set up a website for Big Joe Choppers http://bigjoechoppers.com.au with the eliminators listed with the info for them.
I will be updating the pages over the next few days with more content.
Kind regards
Mick
