Question V&H Fuelpak

I put V&H Monster Rounds slip on mufflers on my 2002 flhtcui and was wondering if I need to put a fuelpak and high flow air breather to compensate for the change of mufflers?

We would recommend a tune but w/ a better tuner. Say the Power Vision or TTS. This is because we know what a proper tune can do for a motorcycle. Even for customers who do not make modifications we encourage having the bike tuned. We have bikers who after getting a dyno tune comment that they feel as though they are riding a different bike. But we certainly understand that for monetary reasons sometimes the more economical options are enticing.
