Yeah, for $200.00 they will do a before and after dyno run, tune both cylinders with a custom map and install the PCIII. This shop came reccomended form Philm on this forum. They are in Dallas, TX, it's called Sabin Performance.

I'm getting ready to pull out, so I will post results later.

Just got back from the tuner. He installed the PCIII. My numbers were decent 73 hp and 75 tq. I picked up about 3 HP with the tune. HP/TQ was not really my goal, I wanted to eliminate the decel popping. I rode home about 30 miles and had an occasional pop, no backfires or anything so I am happy. The tuner said that at WOT the fuel map was pretty close but in the low and mid range it was running pretty lean. I am glad I finally got it done and over with. I felt like I was in the hospital waiting on someone to get out of surgery. Now I will just watch my fuel economy and see how that is affected. I did notice that the engine seemed to run cooler, even after riding 60 miles and having it on a dyno for 1.5 hours. THat has to be a good thing.

Glad it worked out for you. Did he happen to mention hearing about any problems with the PCIII on the 06's?

Nope, he has installed them on a lot of harley's and never mentioned anything about seeing any problems with the 2006's.

I spoke to my tuner today b/c there is still a pop here and there on decel (a lot less than before). I am going to ride the bike a little more to pin point throttle position and RPMs where the pop occurs and he will make the necessary adjustments from there.
