Default Timing Knock??

Here is Bike and engine info:
2009 FLHTC originally a 96. Bike has 48000 miles on it
Now a 103 (pistons and jugs) with SE 255 cams. About 10000 miles since build
Harley SERT Tuner. Dynoed at 1000 miles after build
Stock head pipe with CAT removed
CVO mufflers with 2 inch Fulsac cores
SE stage 1 Air cleaner.

Recently I have noticed a slight intermittent knock after about 2 to 3 minutes of warm up at idle speed, can actually feel it as I roll bike out of the garage. Never hear it under power or engine rev. It doesnt happen while sitting at stop lights either.
Bike seems to run great and I have not noticed any pinging,

Thoughts??

Only in neutral? Clutch pulled in or out? Could be the infamous neutral rattle coming from trans possibly

Only in neutral. Clutch out. just a slight thump with no real rythm and no change in idle when it occurs

The Verdict: Not a timing knock. It was the Compensator, which has now caused a chain reaction on damage. Thank goodness for ESP
