Won't start
Hoping someone can help or advise.
Tried starting my Deuce tonight and would not start.
Battery is less than 6 months old.
It looks like it didnt recognize the key fob.
Indicator lights kept flashing and it would not start, wouldnt even crank. Completely dead.
I find it bizzare that both key fob batteries wuld die at the same time and a spare key fob battery would also coincidentally be dead.
Would the smart system have died on me?
Main battery is good and I seriously do not think that is the problem.
I am thinking along the lines of the smart system or something like that.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Update....
I have over-ridden the smart system to start it, and that works fine. When I shut it down, I have to over-ride the smart sytem each time.
Can it really be that simple that for the 2 fobs I have, all 3 batteries (1 spare) died at the same time?
I find that hard to believe cos I just don't get that lucky, but I will get a new set of batteries anyway and try them out to see what happens.
Easier to spend $5.00 to try to eliminate the problem

I replaced the batteries and lo and behold, all was ok.
But heres the deal. My #2 fob has since stopped working. I now know that that particular fob is definately a problem child because that fob stops working within weeks/month or 2 of a new battery.
I guess a replacement fob is in order for that one.
Thanks all for your input.
