Default Nostalgic Heated Grips

Firstly, hello to everyone and Merry X-Mas!

I have a 2008 Sportster which had the Nostalgic heated grips on it when I got it. They were working fine, until I left the accessories switched on and went into work. Ran my battery completely flat and had to push start the bike. Now the grips don't work at all! I guess my questions are thus:
1) Have I burned these things out?
2) Could it be that the battery is now too flat to power them up? (The bike starts and rides fine, with no faults) I have not charged the battery.
3) Any ideas whether these grips are protected by a fuse and if so, where is it?!
4) Anybody got any ideas on how I can fix this? (Took it to the stealer who said 'we fixed your grips' but I guess they don't know what heat feels like)

Any help would be appreciated as it's getting cold now and the extra comfort would be awesome!!

Ride hard!

On my Roadglide there is a fuse. It is under the right side pannel where the wiring harness from the grips plugs in. Trace the wiring from your grips to the harness plugin and there you should find an inline fuse.

Awesome, thanks... I'll give that a go. I tried to trace the harness back but it seems to go under the tank. I just wanted some input before I removed the tank, just in case the fuse popped out somewhere easily accessible. I imagine the fuse would have blown before the grips burned out, but I don't even know whether they switch on with the accessories or only with full ignition. I don't really mind not having the heat, but since they're already on the bike I feel they should work. I'll have a fiddle. Thanks for the input.

Fuse is still intact and can be accessed under the seat. Wiring looks fine too. Still no love on the grips though. Grips only heat up with full ignition on, so don't think they burned out when the accessories were on all day. Reckon the battery could be low..? I would have thought it charged by now.
