Default Power Commander Map

so i printed out my PCV map for the front and rear cylinder and I'm trying to understand it. Throttle position across the top, RPM's down the left side and then a bunch of numbers in the chart. It's my understanding that each number in the chart is supposed to represent the AFR at that throttle position and RPM. Can anyone confirm that is true.

If true, it doesnt seem to make sense as some of the numbers are negative?
Appreciate any help i can get on this.
thanks

Only having a PCIII I can only comment on my map - the numbers in my map are percentages + or - of the amount of fuel over and above what the stock ECM provides at a given RPM and load. At least that was how the PCIII map was explained to me. Sounds like the PCV is the same based on your description - makes no sense an AFR would be negative...

Sargek is correct. The numbers shown are a percentage +/- the stock map.
