Default Power Commander 5 question

I installed my PCV today, everything went well, no major issues. I have Arlen Ness A/C and VH Short Shots.

My question, I was recommended by DynoJet to use one of their maps in data base for the short shots and a/c. Easy enough, downloaded the recommended map. Saved to my computer.

Installed power commander, plugged it into the computer. Opened the map and then "sent" it to the power commander.

The instructions that came with the PCV are quite vague.

Is that all there is to it? Just open and then send the map? Or, is there something else I need to do so that the PCV uses that map???

Bike started up good, sound good, rides and accels smooth, just unsure if I have to do more?

Will be running this map for a week maybe, need to set up an appt. for a tune.
