I just had my bike dyno tuned turn some of the best number 100 hp 104 tq up 10 % from the old VH ovals mufflers to the new style. i have put a couple hundred miles on the motor and I am starting to get a popping and a miss at 3000 rpm out of the rear cylinder. any ideas what could be causing this, i have no codes in the ecm

 

Coil on its way out perhaps, spark plug buggered or injector issue.
