Default dazed and confused

ok hopefully one or more of you guys can help me out. i have a brand new ultima 80 ci no miles on it.i put it in a hardtail my problem is its only firing on rear cylinder but odd thing is i get fire on front plugg just isnt firing the fuel.i checked pushrods and they are going up and down .i just cant believe only firing on rear and shows spark on front cylinder ?/ any help would be much appreciated

i'm no engine expert but if you're getting fire at the frt cylinder and it's not igniting the fuel, I would think timing is off. Maybe someone with more engine experience will chime in here.

Recently at work here, we had a plug wire showing spark, but the plug had a broken ceramic that you could not see. The plug would show spark out of the engine, but when tighten down would not fire. Swap plugs and see what happens...
