Lamda or Stoich?

Looking for a bit of direction, thanks. I'm completely stymied here. I'm just starting to try to figure out my PV. I'm on a 2010 EG Ultra with th 96in. Which fuel table should I be using Lamda or stoich, I'm having a hard time making sense of the user guide.

On your 2010 you would be using the Lambda maps.
