I have an Ultra that has been tuned with the SERT, which I still have. I recently changed from stock header pipes to 2-1 Supertrapp. A friend gave me a PC3 for my bike. My local tuners will only tune with PC. Here is my question. Before I get it tuned, which will be next spring, can I intall the PC with a map that matches my new pipes? Or does having the SERT negate that. Also, If I can use the PC with a new map, if I don't like it can I remove it and will it go back to the SERT tune.

Your sert tune is contained in the ecm. The PC module will trick your ecm and overide the information with it's own. once you remove the PC mod. all goes back to sert because the pc map is on the pc. Hope that helps.
