Obviously (by the pipes coloring) a fuel restriction, contaminated fuel ot taking in too much air.
I'd dump all of the old fuel and out some fresh high octane fuel with some Seafoam.
If it's a carbed engine I'd pull the carb and disassemble it and give it a good cleaning and blow it out thoroughly with an air hose.
I just had a similar issue with my '98 EVOand it took me three times to get the carb clean and working properly.
With older bikes you may want to change the intake gaskets.
Good luck and let us knowhow it works out for you.

Was bike parked and protected from elements for 5 to 10 years?
It could be bad gas, or seals someplace...Even the fuel lines get brittle and break-up from inside out..
dump gas and get new clean gas to start along with new spark plugs.
