I am working on a 2005 HD ultra classic and having a problem with the headlight fuse blowing. When I turn the ignition without turning the bike on, it will run forever without blowing. As soon as I turn on the bike, the voltage climbs up to 15 and holds steady but above 14 it blows the headlight fuse. Is this the voltage regulator or the stator? Don't want to spend money on something that isn't the problem. Thanks!
