Sepst Software Smart Tune
I am used to the PCV Autotune, you get a map that's close, go for a ride, accept trims, repeat as necessary.
I have Software version 32111-11, Any one have any tips? I understand it's a kind of cut a paste thing after your Smart Tune run instead of just clicking an "accept all trims" buttons

Check out the the button on the right of the software window that says "How To Smart Tune". As soon as you hit "Accept".
Also the icon that is a purple book with a yellow question mark on it has some good information, like "How To Smart Tune".
Not trying to sound short with those responses. Also there is a .pdf that comes with the software that explains how to tune your bike with the software, and gives you several situations and configurations.

What is so technical about load a map and check smart tune. Then ride in 5 mph increments in each gear while recording onto the VCI.
Save the recording, load your map, load your recordings, update, save, reload with reset adaptive fuel. The End.
I think the .pdf explains it in greatly simplified instructions.
