Hey guys I'm new to the site and I just bought a 97 flht that's fuel injected and it won't crank. The starter turns battery has 11.8 volts but I have no spark and the fuel pump isn't turning on. Even when you cut the key on and turn on the fuel switch the engine light doesnt turn on. I'm thinking it may be a bad ECM but before I ordered one I wanted to see if there was anything else I could possibly check. Thanks.

 

In addition I also confirmed that the kill switch is working properly.

 

check fuses.

 

I checked all the fuses and the circuit breaker the only thing that works is the lights and the neutral indicator...

 

Relays?

 

I checked the relays under the seat and none of the relays work except the starter relay. I did send ground to the activation side and they kicked on so I know the relays work.
