Ive got a 2008 sportster 883
Its fuel injected
I washed the bike and since it sputters and back fires when i ride it
Would anyone know why its doing this

Have you changed the exhaust? Sometimes an exhaust leak can cause problems like that.

 

No i havent changed the exhaust
Its got different exhaust on but it was that way when i bought it 2 months ago
Ive put around 250 miles on it before it started to sputter and back fire
It started happening right after i washed it.

 

I put sea foam in the fuel and ran it for about a hour and it helped alot
Not sputtering and back firing now.
