I'm looking for info regarding importance of spray patterns and low speed drivabilities of larger injectors. I currently have the stock 3.91 injectors and building up a 104" motor designed for 105+hp/115+ftlbs with an emphasis on torque (90+ ftlbs at 2000rpm). There are so many opinions out there as to whether the stock ones are adequate or not and drivability issues with low speed operation of larger injectors. After perusing this forum and searching the internet and calling different vendors and I'm more confused than ever. I'm looking at the SE 4.9's (27654-06), ones from HPI, Marren, Fiveomotorsports and a couple others. Experience with and information about any of these would be greatly appreciated.
