I have a non stock headlamp - I assume the base of a bulb is the same regardless??? Which should I get that is going to be nice and bright, and where should I get it?

I use the silverstar, brighter than the stocker.

 

The ones with a little blue in them seem to light up the deer in front of me a lot better, but make sure you get the heavy duty kind, no matter what you get. The one I have now is the pricey Harley one- $20, I think it was. Had to get one while I was on the road.
