I have a 2008 Sportster 1200 custom with factory alarm system. I purchased the audible alarm box from a Harley dealer who was closing their dealership and moving and they were selling overstock items at reduced pricing. I bought the audible alarm but no instructions came with it. I think it connects to a plug under the seat that had a resistor terminator but I am currently using it for the Harley digital fuel gauge. How is this unit connected to the factory alarm system?

if I'm not mistaken there is a 3 wire plug somewhere near the battery compartment that this simply plugs into.
