my front cylinder seems to be firing richer than the rear any suggestions on how to equalize this out........

I think your tuner got it wroung the rear cylinder would be better to run a bit rich because of the heat.

 

How does bike run?any popping etc?you may have an intake leak.Reading plugs isnt a 100% thing,things such as fuel,timing,plug wires,compressiion etc can play w/coloring.Your Pc has the ability to tune single cyl but a map tweak may be all thats needed.Has this started since weather changes?I see youre using gold plugs,thats a possiblity,double check gaps.

 

That's not uncommon at all. My rear runs richer than the front. I wouldn't worry about it, but if you want to do something, you can get a PCIII and tune one cylinder at a time.
