I'm pretty sure the turn signal's problem lies in the TSM. Close to going ahead and dropping the $140 for a new TSM unless someone can offer up some better advice. My real problem lies in the brake light. I have tested the ground and it is good. I have checked voltage and receive 12 volts when doing some acrobatic stretching to engage the brake pedal while holding the probe to the socket. Yet when I put the bulb in (even 2 brand new ones) it does not light the second filament in the bulb.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I tried all weekend to get it but no such luck.
