Smile Still happy with your RevPerf EMS tuner?

Now that time has marched on after the Revolution Performance EMS tuner has been in the market for a while, are users still happy with the unit’s performance?

I installed one a month or so ago, along with a set of S&S 551 EZ start cams and want to say the revPerf unit operates very well.
The only comment I have is that on a cold start the unit seems to “stumble” a bit for 10-15 seconds before it settles down to a good high idle while the bike warms up. In other words it acts a bit similar to the way it did on the first start after the initial installation, but only for those first few seconds.

I wonder if this is due to the need for the wideband oxygen sensors to warm up or for another reason?
Overall I’m very satisfied with the way the bike runs and as soon as that 10-15 seconds of ‘stumble’ is over the bike settles right down to a very good idle and runs well.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing with the unit? I’m just curious, not complaining…

I have been running the EMS for about 2 months now. I do not have that problem on start up. It idles perfectly every time you start it whether it is hot or cold. I have a stock 103 with a stage 1 SE AC.

Default Rev Performance.

Had one installed in my Fatboy 96" recently, 255 cams , cnc ported heads , upgraded air filter and pipes , no issues , sorry I did not do it a while ago. Glad I do not have to mess around with dyno tuning. Bike is nice and smooth , runs like a bear. The stumble could be nothing , give rev perf a call , great bunch of friendly guys , I am sure they will help you figure it out.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Just want to let you (and others) know that I duplicated this post in the Touring Section last night (aussie time), as there were no comments here at that time.

Yep I do like mine too and the response seems to be if the throttle reset doesn't do it, it needs to go back for a tweak-- that's fine too.

Cheers!
